Vivo X90 Series Design
Well, when it comes to the design language of the X90 series, all the flagship phones carry the same design throughout! So let’s get started. At the front, the X90 series has a curved display with minimal bezels all around & a chin at the bottom; there’s a centered punch-hole front camera. The power button & volume rockers are on the right, and the speaker grille is at the top and bottom. The Type-C port is at the bottom as well. The back has a textured design that looks premium and there’s a giant circular camera setup on the top left; the Flash is on the top right and the Zeiss logo is in line with the LED flash. Just below the camera module, there’s a horizontal metal bridge that has Xtreme Imagination Co-engineered by Vivo & Zeiss written on it.
Vivo X90 5G Specifications
The X90 5G will have a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution; the display outputs 10bit colors, up to 1300 peak brightness, and has a 300Hz touch sampling rate. The panel supports a 2160Hz PWM dimming & 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Under the hood, The X90 5G will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor and coupled with LPDDR5 RAM & UFS 4.0 storage. It will run on OrginOS 3 based on Android 13. The X90 5G comes in two finishes – Glass & Leather and in three colors – Red, Blue, and Black colors. On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie shooter, and also it comes equipped with Vivo’s custom V2 ISP for image processing and low-light shots. The Vivo X90 5G has a 4,810mAh battery capacity with 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support and is IP64 rated. The device weighs 195 grams and measures 164×74.4×8.8mm.

The X90 Pro 5G sits between the regular X90 5G & the flagship handset Vivo X90 Pro Plus 5G. The Pro model will have the same display as its other sibling, i.e., X90 5G. There’s a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and lastly, 1300nits peak brightness. X90 Pro 5G will also be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor and the RAM & Storage tech, i.e., LPDDR5 & UFS 4.0. Also, it runs on OriginOS 3 on top of Android 13. The X90 Pro 5G comes in two colors – Red & Black. As for the camera, The X90 Pro 5G has a 50MP 1-inch Sony IMX 989 sensor & f/1.75 aperture, a second 48MP ultra-wide camera with Sony IMX 598 sensor with OIS with 108 Field of view, and a third 50MP portrait camera lens with a Sony IMX 758 and lastly a 64MP periscope lens (90mm equivalent) with f/3.5 aperture and 100x digital zoom. There’s also Vivo’s V2 ISP for image processing and low-light shots. The front camera on the X90 Pro 5G is the same as X90 5G, i.e., 32MP for selfies.
